Korean investments continue to grow at EURO-PARK Kobierzyce

On 7 September 2026 in Krzyżowice, a ceremonial completion of construction and the handover to use of the final stages of the Campus I and Campus II development, carried out by the Korean company G&S Engineering & Construction in cooperation with Panattoni Europe, took place. The development was built on the grounds of EURO-PARK Kobierzyce, managed by the Industrial Development Agency S.A.

The event was also an opportunity to welcome two renowned Korean institutions — Samsung SRA Asset Management and Korea Ocean Business Corporation — to the group of investors at EURO-PARK Kobierzyce. For both entities, this is their first investment in Poland’s commercial real estate sector. The transaction was supported by the Korean firms Gvesco Investment Management and Principal Investor Management Korea.

The development of Korean investments in EURO-PARK Kobierzyce is the result of long-standing, consistent cooperation between Korean enterprises, the Industrial Development Agency S.A., and the Kobierzyce municipal authorities. For 20 years, companies from South Korea have chosen this area as the location for their investments.

After Biskupice Podgórne and Bielany Wrocławskie, the next location attracting Korean investors is Krzyżowice. Among others, Infac Poland is developing its operations here, cooperating with LG Energy Solution in the production of battery energy storage systems (ESS).

A partnership that supports development.

The event was also an opportunity to sum up the long-standing cooperation between Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. and Panattoni Europe. The partnership between the two companies enables them to comprehensively meet the needs of investors seeking modern warehouse and production space for rent.

The development of Campus I and Campus II and further investments by Korean entities confirm the attractiveness of EURO-PARK Kobierzyce as a location for international investments and strengthen the region’s position as an important center of economic cooperation between Poland and South Korea.
